What it is and what it is not

• It is a quote maker: a document that lets your client know what they will pay before you start.
• It is not invoicing software. Every document says “Quote: not an invoice” and does not replace an invoice.
• Free, no sign-up. There is no account. Your details and your clients’ details are kept only in your browser, and you can export or delete them whenever you like.
• Templates with example prices. Prices and wording are a starting point: change them to your own.
• Editable tax. Each country comes with a default rate, but we do not know your situation: check it.

How it works

3. Print or save as a PDF from your browser, or copy a link so your client can view it.
